Do you transport all goods?
No. As a matter of public safety, the law prohibits the transport of certain dangerous goods such as gasoline, fire extinguishers, propane or oxygen tanks, ammunition and others unless you have a corresponding permit.
Do you offer transportation service across Canada?
Yes. We provide a short distance transportation and moving service (moving to Montreal, moving to Laval or even moving to the North Shore) or long distance, across Quebec or to another province of Canada.

Do you have a weight restriction for transportation?
No. At Brault Déménagement, we have equipment and trucks adapted to transport heavy or bulky objects such as a piano. However, if you have a very heavy or special item to transport, you can contact us so that we can determine together a solution based on your specific needs.
What should I do if one of my goods is damaged during transport?
At Brault Déménagement, we have an insurance guarantee that protects your belongings during transport and handling. It covers 5 million in civil liability as well as one million for cargo. In the event of damage, you have 48 hours to file a claim and a deductible of $125 plus taxes will be deducted.
